Dinner@Triple3, Movies on Cloverfield - My First Birthday Celebration

I caught Cloverfield today, very entrancing movie that kept my attention glued to the screen but the ending was very sudden. Yet, also due to that it had a sense of realism not found in other ordinary movies. It's action packed, exciting and very crazy.

But the others don't see my viewpoint and complained all the way, as though its my fault that they were forced into watching the movie with me.

Dinner was at Triple3, the seemly-young manager that served us reminded me of a Japanese actress, so I can't help but beo beo her every now and then. The food and variety was pretty good, but I couldn't finish everything they served. So I helped myself to whatever I could get my hands on - oh especially the deserts, the sweet sweet chocolates and ice-cream.

To me, its well worth it; the food, the quick services, and lovely birthday song by the live band and the chocolate cake with a candle on it. It was really nice to feel like I was really celebrating my birthday for once. To my friends, it was a disaster on their pockets and naturally, I was to blamed for their misadventures. Ironically, I was one of the few who had the least income, if any at all.

This was my first birthday celebration in my life, but it was somewhat misforgiving even though I had done everything I would have liked. I guess I'm not fated for celebrations of this kind, and probably would be my last.

But I am satisfied, for I have done everything I could to make it work. I feel appreciative and glad, to celebrate my birthday normally, for once. =)
